Relations between a non-Muslim allied state and the Islamic state would be administered strictly in accordance with the terms of alliance or treaty or pact performed between them. Conditions of the agreement would be pleased in all conditions and at all cost by the Islamic state and all the obligations and rights flowing from the treaty relationship would be accordingly privileged. In this regard, Saudi Arabia has signed various agreements with non-Muslim countries and now Muslims of non-Muslim counties can also enjoy Islamic Pilgrimage Services.
Without any doubt, Islam is a religion of peace and it orates fraternity and brotherhood. So, the relations of an Islamic state with non-Muslim states would be based on general code of friendship towards all and hatred towards none and peace with all and war against none. Those non-Muslim states which are not associated with Islamic state through any covenant or any treaty need not feel troubled about the foreign policy of the Islamic state as the strategy of such state is not founded on any aggressive designs. Rather the foreign policy of an Islamic state is founded on cooperation and friendship in all substances of common attention. It would collaborate with those states which are endorsing the cause of justice, human welfare and peace. The Holy Quran, the revealed book of Islam, orders upon its supporters that help ye one another unto pious and righteousness duty. Help not one another unto transgression and sin. Acting upon this opinion, the Islamic state would encompass its collaboration to all the like-minded states who are working in the area of international security and peace are also working to accomplish human betterment through assistance in the field of, education, science and technology, economic development and social divisions. Islam orders fairness and justice in human dealings. The Islamic state would base its foreign relationships with non-aligned and aligned non-Muslim countries on the standards of equity and justice.
